The home was unoccupied for two years and in a state of neglect. I met with the client, her adviser, and her contractor to discuss the objectives for returning the home to descent living conditions. This involved upgrades and repairs to every aspect of the building, including structural, roofing, electrical/ heating/ plumbing systems, as well as architectural work. ProSpec Engineering provided a comprehensive computer generated Building Analysis Report that included our assessments, recommendations, construction cost estimates and color photos for each of the affected building components and systems.
