Thank you for taking the time to come by and view my profile. I will give you a little background as I feel it is important to know the person that you are going to be working with in this important real estate adventure. I was born in Indiana but was raised in Florida. I have lived in the Miami area, the Tallahassee area, the Orlando area but mainly in the Space Coast area. I graduated from the University of Central Florida before moving to Virginia where I met and married my husband Tom. After the Army moved us around the Far East, Virginia and California we retired in VA. I was a self-employed stay at home mom until our son Chris went off to college. That is when I decided to branch out into the world of real estate. I became a REALTOR in 2002 and found that this is what I was meant to do. I got my broker's license not to open a firm of my own but to deepen my depth of knowledge in the real estate industry. We moved down to FL in 2012 in part to help my Mother and in part because we were ready to move out of the cold. I put my license in referral status while caring for my Mother and got my broker's license re-activated in 2014. I currently work for a well-established and respected firm here on Merritt Island, Real Estate Service Team, which is owned and operated by my Broker Daniel Jay Barber. I love being back here in what I consider my home town and enjoy being back in the FL lifestyle. I have received many industry and company awards (Million Dollar, Top Producer, etc.) for my work but that is not what I am most proud of, I am most proud of the number of clients that I have helped in their real estate needs that I can now call friends. My job was to help them transition from one part of their life to another with as much ease as possible. Whether you are thinking of buying your first home, selling the estate of your loved ones, downsizing for the retirement years or just looking for a good rental I am here to help you make the decisions that are ahead of you.
