Black Water Construction in incredible. We hired them to build a two level 650 sq. foot deck off the back of our home. Not only did they come in on budget and on time, they also allowed us to make changes throughout the project. From the first day Marcus came by to speak with us until to the final day when Caleb stopped by to make sure we were happy with the entire job, we have been overly impressed by this company. The entire crew, including Chris, were professional, courtesy and respectful throughout the building process. The quality of the deck is solid and finished with high carpentry skill. It is so beautiful and exactly what we wanted. They captured our vision for the this deck. We have had several visitors over to our home since it was completed and each and every one of them has had the same response, "Wow." The price of the project was very fair and reasonable. I can not imagine any company doing a better job than Black Water Construction, Inc. I definitely recommend them and will being using them again in the future. My home was completely flooded after a large Tropical Storm. It was devastating. Marcus took care of everything for me. He did a wonderful job of rebuilding my home. With his experience, and kindness through the whole thing my home turned into a beautiful showplace. Better than it ever look before. Marcus rebuilt our standalone garage into a beautiful art studio after a huge oak tree fell on it during a storm. He put on a new roof, made the ceiling taller as we asked, and put in more windows and removed a wall. All the work is very high quality and with attention to detail, and speedy. Marcus went above our expectation in the amount of work done, budget and time. Very happy with his work! He also built our house and before we bought it, the inspector was so impressed and couldn't find one thing wrong.
