************Thief***************** *************Beware************** *************Untrustworth­y********* I rarely review businesses but because of how Kenneth (owner) treated me, I wanted to share my horrendous experience with the public. In July 2020, I needed a septic tank replaced on a rental property that I owned, Ogre's estimate came in at approximately $5000 and Kenneth asked for half of the money upfront. I paid over the phone with my credit card. He informed me that he pulled the permit which came in around $1000 which left a $1500 balance. I instructed Kenneth to hold off on starting the job because I was dealing with a problematic tenant at the time. The job never happened due to the tenant trashing the place and threatening us if we came on the property. Due to covid, I was unable to evict this tenant until Jan 2022 and I ended up selling the property. I made arrangements with Kenneth during this period so that he could credit me the $1500 for future work on other rental properties that I own. When the time came for me to apply the credit to another job that I had for him, he said that he was no longer going to honor the credit. What!? I gave up on trying to reach him, I've tried calling and leaving voicemails but to no avail. I am an out-of-state investor and I do not have the time to hunt this man down legally to recoup my money. He STOLE $1500 from me and I would like the public to know that if you were to hire this company, this is the type of character that you are dealing with.

I had a terrible experience with Ogre Plumbing and Ken. He has caused a lot of embarassment for my company thru his lack of quality work and not showing up for work. Terrible communication and very little supervision of the field personnel. I would not recommend this company to any residential or commercial client.

We had a water leak from the shower into a closet. Ken tested the shower enclosure for leaks and he suggested caulking around the drain gasket. That solved the issue without tearing into walls or dealing with the shower pan. Ken was courteous, listened, and looked for simple solutions without making rash assumptions and unnecessary costly repairs. Ken Is prompt with returning messages. Ogre Plumbing is now our go-to plumber.

Excellent job on the install of our tankless water heater. Ogre plumbing was professional, affordable, and did high quality work. I would highly recommend them, and will use them in the future for other plumbing services.
