Custom concrete finishings LLC

I currently have a contract with Jim diamond the owner of the company! I hired them to do my patio. The job is supposed to be simple. But turned out to be a complete disaster now I have been trying to contact them for three months after the job And they will not come back and finish the job or honor the work that they did! If there’s a way to post pictures please let me know and I can show you. Do yourself a favor and get with a real contractor. As these guys have no idea what they’re doing. Now I have to hire another contractor to finish what they messed up !
