Modern exteriors

Roof looks great although mistakes were made, clean up was terrible and use of customer materials was unacceptable. Failed to respond to correctable items after work completed. At this time could not recommend.

This is not a roofing company. It is a sales person who takes these leads and gives you contracts for the work to be done by other companies. Of which, they stole my deposit and did absolutely nothing. I am out $5000 and still need a new roof. Thank you porch.com for sending these sleazebags to my house.

ken and his crew recently completed my roof, siding, and windows. I couldn't be happier with the outcome! The crew was very polite and helped me through the whole process so it was easiest on me with a busy work schedule. they were respectful of my landscaping and seemed to take the time to make sure everything was as tidy as it was when they arrived if not cleaner. I am VERY please with the outcome of my home renovations and am happy i choose modern exteriors to get the job done!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I gave them a deposit back in 11/15/17 and they told me the roof would be done before the snow arrives. It's now 5/31/18 and still no roof. Gwen is sweet over the phone but she is actually lying. It's been a constant excuse of the shingles have arrived [never did], to the manufacture shipping the wrong color, to they have a backlog. To make matters worse, they refuse to refund me and now I'm going have to sue them to get my money back. STAY AWAY!!!
