We had windows installed by Ramsden. They had a lifetime guarantee. Now the windows are bad, no longer transparent, but he refuses to even return our calls. Be warned.

Frank Ramsden came highly recommended to me from a neighbor. Frank and team did a high quality job on my house putting in new windows, a new roof, new siding and gutters and downspouts. The work was done in a timely manner. The workers were courteous and keep a neat working environment. Frank was very forthcoming and honest in his communications.
