The quality of work was good, and the job looks nice. The reason for three stars is the fact that at $100 an hour (which Brandon did reduce to $90) I expected a level of service and professionalism I did not receive. I was told the job would take three (8 hour) days to complete. Well, it took three months to complete and I only saw Brandon six days out of the three months. When I was given the invoice, it wasn’t detailed. When I asked for an itemized invoice, it could not be provided and I was told gathering the information would be too time-consuming​. Although the quality of work was good, the level of professionalism was not.

Within minutes after posting on Porch.com, Brandon called and introduced himself and Amp'd Electric. I was stunned at the quick response and professionalism, a rarity these days. We discussed my needs and he quick visited and quoted the job. He organized the appropriate utility and inspection resources and started the job exactly when he said he would and completed it quickly. I cannot ask for anything more. I'm keeping his contact information in case I have further electrical needs. No need to call anyone else.

Brandon was excellent. He responded very quickly to my inquiry. He was quick to get the work done, extremely professional, and did an amazing job. I will be using him again and referring him to everyone I know.

Brandon was right on time. He was awesome. We had a difficult ceiling fan install. The original electrical box was not right. The slope of the ceiling made for more adjustments being needed. Through it all, Brandon completed this install and it looks and works great. Reasonably priced too!!!! Highly recommend!!!
