I spoke with Wayne of Norfolk County glass who looked at my needs and advised me to call and schedule the work during warmer weather. I called 3 times in 10 days and got no response. The receptionist advised me he was in and even apologized but still no call. If they can't call to get the work, what happens when something goes wrong?
