Sergio "Serge" DelHoyo, ACI, is the owner and principal inspector. Serge is a member in good standing of The American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and is an ASHI Certified Inspector or "ACI" - a designation reserved only for those members who meet the highest educational, experience and ethical requirements set by ASHI. NOVAhi provides National Radon Safety Board (NRSB) certified RADON TESTING. We have convenient SentriLock access for real estate transactions. Serge is a Certified Radon Measurement Specialist. This is a higher qualification than others, who only can place radon testers and must send them to outside labs for reading and results. Our own accredited radon testing means you receive quick, accurate results-directly from us. We do not depend on third-party, outside labs. We are certified to place, test, evaluate and interpret the results. Serge DelHoyo is a retired United States Air Force 23 year active duty fighter pilot, and a retired 15 year Commercial Airline Captain. Serge holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science and an Executive MBA degree. Serge is a graduate of the Home Inspector Training Academy, and continues to pursue home inspection continuing education in excess of requirements set forth by ASHI and the commonwealth of Virginia.
