CNS Repair Service

I’ve had many chances to utilize CNS Appliance repairs over the years. A couple of weeks ago my pilot switch broke on my stove. Called CNS, they were out the next day, fixed it right away. Everyone is very nice, professional, & always tries to save the customer with the best fix. Before that, it was my dryer. That was a tricky fix, with the bearings being frozen, it should have taken big foot to get the last 1 off, but she did it, with determination! I’ve always used CNS for all my appliance repairs. They do a great job, for a great price! I’d recommend them to anyone. A+

After Initially missing the first appointment and coming up with an excuse the repairman rescheduled and came out to look at our oven. Difficult to communicate with and not on time. Once he came out he explained the costs to repair and the time frame of 5 business days for the part to come in and that they would call us once it was in. 2 weeks later I got in touch with someone saying "Oh yeah they should have called you". then scheduled a time to come out. The problem with the oven was that we could not use the bake feature only broil. After the repairwoman (different person) came out and attempted to fix it she said she needed to order another part and would check the costs and availability but probably another week. Fast forward through a month of not returning phone calls and no hope of finding the part I need or making my oven usable and I decide to call them and say "I've had enough we are buying a new oven, I don't want you to keep searching for parts please close this ticket, I will not do business with you anymore." There's a now $284 Credit charge they are sticking me with for screwing up my oven which is still sitting unusable in the garage. I live in OKC close to OCCC and you can guess this is not a paid review.
