Terrible, Bought a home in a 250-300k neighborhood and EZ Living turns a new home into a rent house. Having to deal with renters at this level in frustrating. Stay away from this outfit..

EZ Living Homes are furnished poorly and the workmanship is horrible (just look). If he does not sell the home. He will rent it out to anyone that can help him pay his mortgage. I live in a upscale neighborhood and dealing with a multiple families living in his 280K rent house. The outside is kept poorly with cars up and down the block with work equipment laying around.
