**************WARNING*****SCAM****ARTIST*********** DO NOT USE THIS PERSON EVER!!!!! HE is a Complete SCAMMER. HE DOES NOT HAVE A VALID LICENCES TO DO HVAC AT ALL!! He installed a Faulty-defective furnace in my house, he won't return my phone calls. I called to check why I didn't have an inspection done when he was done. because after installing my AC/Heater. NOTHING WAS done to code. SO I had an inspector come out and look at my "NEW UNIT" and had him reported to the board!!!. DO NOT USE ROY BAGLEY. SOME TIMES HE GOES BY SHANE. ALSO. .. Save you money and headache and HIRE someone LIGIT> Wish i would have Done my homework before hiring him. I'll be checking any and everyone form not on. he is just a CROOK!!! HORRIBLE .. Left my house UNSAFE for me and my family to live in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Roy Bagley did everithyng fine until he left my house after that my unit did not shout off he did not answer my text my phone calls ,i have to call johnston supply to let them know about my issue they dii not want to give me the receive off the unit .they get in contact with Roy his wife text me he was sick and that they will send me a receive by mail i still waiting.i have to call cool tech and they found out he conect the unit red power to the wrong cable that make the unit wrong contininue i am glad i was able to turn off the breaker so the unit did not get damage or even a fire safety will ocurr i do not recomend his service for my experiencehe is not a trust person if he did not even try to fix his mistake.he dont care about other people safety or problems after conection is done .

People please do your homework. This business is run by a convicted felon and he is not licensed in anything. He doesn’t even have a drivers license. He pays family and friends to write his reviews. Shane Roy Bagley was recently released from prison on 10 years probation for obtaining money under false pretenses. Check with the better business bureau. Roy Bagley has passed away and gone. Shane Bagley is a crook and a conman.
