Aura Haven has helped us keep in supplies for our hot tub. They are always willing and helpful.

Well... we've paid our large deposit for a pool and since doing so have had to chase this company down to even get something scheduled for an install. After MANY, MANY attempts to speak with the owner, Ryan, we just keep having to leave messages and no return calls. I'm hoping that he will read this review and might prompt him to return customer's calls. We are not quite sure how a company can stay in business this way. We will probably have to fight to get our deposit back and go to another company that you can count on to get something done or even get a return call. I couldn't give a "0" rating but that's how we feel right now! Can't rate service past getting no service at all!!
