Loch Ness Pools And Backyard Retreats

We recently hired Loch Ness Pools and would highly recomment this company. They did a wonderful job and were very easy to work with. Lowell is very knowledgable and creative to work with.

We;ve used Loch Ness Pools for two projects at our in our backyard. They are quick, attentive and our pool looks great. I love their creative solutions and inventive style. I highly recommend LochNess Pools to everyone wanting to turn their backyard into a space the whole family will want to use. Love it.

Ordered pool in March 2015. It wasn't delivered until the last week of May, and Lowell ordered the wrong depth pool--shallow instead of deep! Unfortunately, we didn't figure that out until it was already in the ground, so we'll have to live with it. His guys tried to install the hot tub crooked to the pool. We had to correct them. They installed the wrong skimmer basket on the hot tub and rigged a bucket around it to "fix" it. Lowell doesn't know much about controls and automation, so it was very hard to get answers from him. The first hot tub pump they installed leaked. The second was faulty and very loud. The third, which they just got around to in August, also leaks, but he said I need to contact Pentair about a warranty repair instead of replacing it himself (I know I'll be faster). Poor communicator. Very slow to respond or get anything done.
