Leased my house with Perkins Realty for 3 years and the owners were always very helpful and understanding when needing repairs, they also have great rates! Highly recommend.

Would not do business this company again. Rude, unprofessional! The owner is the worst of the bunch. AVOID

We have been renting from these slum lords for 4 years. If we had not signed a 4 year lease we would have never stayed in the house we are in for this long only because of the perkins realty. These are the worst landlords ever. When our refrigerator went out it literally took them over 6 weeks to get it fixed. A different excuse every time. The air conditioning unit upstairs took over a year for them to fix. The only reason that was fixed is because I demanded they fix it completely instead of walking around the problem. The needed to replace the thermostat. A very easy and quick fix. However after a year of their "professionals" not knowing how to fix it I told them to just replace the thermostat. Roger yelled at me stating "if it does not fix the problem then we are paying for it". Lol - Lucky for us... it fixed the problem. The leaky faucet has now been 2 years in the requesting of being fixed and still undone. There have been several other things needed to get fixed but they refuse to fix them. All of which they are responsible for. For $ 2200 per month you would think the perkins would be a bit nicer and quicker (if at all) of getting their job done. Our lease expires the end of the month and we are so happy to move. I will say this.. do not ever rent from the perkins. They are awful slumlords with ZERO customer service. Consider yourself warned. There are many other property companies that you can go through. The perkins have no homes that are worth the hassle of dealing with slumlords. I mean.. 6 weeks with no refrigerator. A bit pathetic.
