We are a licensed Title V septic installer and also do town sewer connections for those towns on Cape Cod that are currently installing sewer. This customer had a failed leach pit and needed a new distribution box and leach field. Since the leach field had to be in the driveway we installed H-20 chambers (capable of being driven over) and surrounded them with crushed stone.

Customer had a deck attached to the back of the house but was just too hot to be able to enjoy the space. We designed and built the screen porch with 3 venting skylights and a pair of fans to help regulate the temperature. All of the trim is PVC and the siding is Hardi cement clapboard for zero maintenance and bug / rot resistant...

This basic ranch house built in the 70's was ready for some upgrades, it had low ceilings, was poorly insulated and had insufficient lighting. We raised the ceiling and added a pair of solar venting skylights, sprayed closed cell insulation in the ceiling and then finished it off with a weathered wide pine ceiling. The customer now turns on the ceiling fan, opens the skylights and gets plenty of fresh air and natural light. At night the new LED lighting on dimmers allows them to set the mood...

Customer wanted to generate their own power and the power suffered from frequent outages. We designed a solar system that would generate enough power to zero out their annual electric bill and installed a Sonnen battery system to handle their "critical loads" such as newly installed sewerage ejector pump, well, heat/AC, refrigerator, general lighting, and a couple circuits for charging laptops, cell phones etc...

This charming Cape was unfortunately let fall into disrepair, the new owner knew they had a big project on their hands and trusted us to prepare the building for mechanical contractors (plumbing, electrical, HVAC)... We took the interior of the building down to the studs, removed several interior walls to open up the floor plan, cathedraled the ceiling in the new master bedroom and installed new windows and exterior siding to give the house a completely new exterior.

28' x 28' garage with 12' tall ceilings for owner to install a vehicle lift for hobby tooling on his vehicles. We excavated the foundation and built the garage from the ground up. We used a local concrete contractor that does an amazing job with the garage slab. The owner (electrician) completed his own wiring.

Removed an outdated kitchen from this residence for one of our longtime clients and installed a custom kitchen. The customer had the kitchen designed and called us in to handle the project while they were off Cape for the winter... A lot of trust to just leave and not be worried about the ongoing project, they were thrilled to return and see this beautiful kitchen.
