I have a large deck on a house sitting on a steep hill that needed to be fixed. The deck sits about 20' over the ground in spots and the original deck footings were not properly installed. As a result, the deck, as well as parts of the house, were slanting down the hill. Bruce came first to review the project and again to answer questions I had about his estimate, the proposed work and all the concerns I had about raising that side of the house several inches. He also brought the subcontractor who dug out the old footings and installed the new. The work was done on time, at what I thought was a reasonable price. When I mentioned after the work was completed that there were a few odds and ends of old posts remaining, they were removed the next day.
