APZ

I strongly do not recommend. Dan installed a whirlpool tub, a bathroom sink and a bathroom counter covering. The tub was not sealed properly. The counter covering never adhered. The caulk is cracking, and the counter covering flaps around. I called him to ask him, if he could fix the problems, as my understanding was he guaranteed his work. He said he was no longer in business, and moved out of the area. This is not true, as he still advertises with the same address, the same phone number and doing the same work.

I bought an old house, empty for nearly 15 yrs... APZ can in and repaired and tested my gas lines, removed the old boiler and radiators, and converted my 2 fireplaces over to gas. I have depended on APZ for advise on how to handle other situations as well. APZ is friendly and efficient, they get the job done.

He replaced the cabinet, sink and facets. He also replaced surrounding tile work. There were several miscellaneous items that the tenant pointed out to him. He called me, took pictures and emailed a professional estimate and then followed through, completing the job on time and offering me a discount for getting all of the odd jobs done while he was on site. I am a very happy customer. I've even tried to hire him since and he is very honest about what his company does as well as what they are not licensed/certified to do.

Dan at APZ was wonderful. I am definitely going to be hiring him again for more work. He's honest, and his work was of the highest quality,
