Well first of all I called because my refrigerator had gone out and he scheduled an appointment for the next day he showed up two and a half hours late with a distinct odor of marijuana and no mask when I asked him if he had a mask he giggled and said he forgot it so then he starts to diagnose my refrigerator and tells me that he's going to have to get another technician out there because he's not able to diagnose the problem I asked aren't you the owner don't you work on these again he giggled and said that another technician would be out tomorrow so then I wait for tomorrow the technician he said that's going to come out never shows up never calls he doesn't answer my phone calls anymore but he collected the service call if you have $79 to waste I would say go ahead and call him but if you want your refrigerator actually fixed I would go with a different company
