Henderson Earthworks

We paid Tony Henderson a $12,000 deposit over 5 months ago and he has failed to provide updates or initiate work. We've been friendly in all our correspondence, but at this point we've been left with no other recourse, but to file an AZROC complaint in hopes with his contracting license at risk, he will refund our money. He's been rude, condescending and antagonistic even though after months, we've continued to treat him in a professional and even kind manner. We believe he may be having financial issues as we've seen a recent online compliant from a worker that hasn't been paid. Tony has become unresponsive and at this point my opinion is Tony never had any intention of completing the work when he came and took our cash. I'd caution anyone from hiring this company based on our experience.
