Valley Trenching

Valley Trenching has an excellent long term reputation with major utility providers by knowing the rules and guidelines when preparing a site for electric, water or gas lines. We were assigned to sell a partially completed industrial building by department within city of Phoenix. The underground electric was not pulled and no other contractor wanted to touch this property due to the challenges. Bill McPeters access the project and through his experiences was able to resolve the problems quickly and on budget. The electrical was installed by SRP and we sold the building. Bill is honest & works to get the project finished on time! Underground excavating has a lot of pitfalls so hire the best. Call Mr. Bill., he will treat you right!

Beware of this company, especially the owner (Bill). Not a man of his word. Demanded full payment while work was in progress. Promised that work would be done correctly as instructed by customer, and if not would return to correct. They got the money but they did not honor their words. So thrilled with the job Valley Trenching did for us. We had seen work the did in our neighborhood a number of years ago when new sewers were going in. Very little disturbed, everything cleaned up. Looked good. As we get ready to do an expansion on our home, we decided to contact Valley Trenching to see if we could relocate the septic or if we needed to go onto sewer. Bill was extremely knowledgeable, explained what was required and gave us everything we needed to know to apply to the city. Unfortunately, the city did not allow us to relocate the septic tank, so we hired Valley Trenching to hook us into the sewer. Our home is very old and was built by the original owner. A lot of the piping was close to the house and not well located. We had new windows installed a few years ago and were a bit worried. Valley Trenching did an amazing job, kept the dust down, didn't damage anything and the job went perfectly. They even did us a favor and moved some landscape rock we had in our yard. I would strongly recommend them if you have trenching work that needs to be done.
