Don’t ever use this company!!! My parents ordered flooring and hired Scott’s recommended installers. Now, many, many months later the job is still not done. My mother is gravely ill and we need to sell their house and Scott will do nothing to help. He is in the business of harassing his own customers once he has your money. His installers stole the metal track that came with the transition pieces that we paid for! We have had to hire someone else to complete the work but now can’t get the materials and Scott says to bad. He also said that his installers don’t use the sturdy metal tracks the manufacturer provides so that’s probably why the transition strips are falling off. So, we have missing materials that he won’t replace and now have to have someone else fix his installers shoddy work. He has preyed on my elderly parents and seems to enjoy harassing his customers! Just don’t want anyone else to deal with this type of treatment! It’s way too stressful!!!
