After historic monsoon rains on August 14th, 2014, my roof developed a leak. I called my Insurance Company, State Farm, who told me that because of their high claim volume-- they could not have someone out to assess the property for almost 2 weeks. This was unacceptable, as it was monsoon season. These recent rains had (even) flooded the I-17 highway near my home... see video clip: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CubAa9msAcc . I called Happy Valley Construction, LLC, and Marius came out right away, assessed the issue, and within hours fixed the issue, in conjunction with professional roofers, at an unbelievably reasonable price. The next few nights I was able to sleep peacefully through the rains. This was the first time in my life I ended up trusting the contractor when I saw how diligently and honestly he worked. I will definitely recommend Marius and the Happy Valley, LLC team to everyone I know
