Ken is a great guy, would not trust anyone else.. have been working with him for 12 or so years.. I tell him what the problem is and give him my keys.. he is trustworthy, professional and capable.. maintains my home, my shop, and all my rental properties..

I have been working with Ken for at least 6 years. I really like working with Ken. He always shows up for the designated appointment time. He quickly evaluates the problem. When I request - he takes pictures and explains what he is doing. I totally trust Ken and have left him alone at my house to work on projects while I am at work. Ken provides timely invoices. Ken has probably worked at about 75 - 100 rentals doing work for us. I have never ever received a complaint. Ken does the job right - and does not take short cuts. In summary: Responsible, reliable, efficient, organized, timely and skillful.
