Twain is absolutely terrific! We have used Twain more than 20 times for many different projects of varying size and complexity and the work has always turned out spot on and ultra-high quality. Twain is much more than a very good contractor, he is an intellect. The second he arrives on site he begins a thorough and in-depth analysis of the project, generating a host of possible solutions for any range of needs. He is highly innovative and resourceful. Most important of all: Twain has ultimate INTEGRITY. He is always on the phone when you need him, is extremely responsive, and is honest and straight-forward. He might come across as a bit rough and brazen when you first engage him, but if you spend any decent time with him you’ll quickly realize that you’ve have found a hidden gem. I believe he is a genius and I have nothing but the highest regard for the man and the professional.

Twain has been our go-to repair man and reno guy for several years now. Our roof was damaged 6 years ago in a hail storm and the fly-by-night contractor that the home owner's insurance company paid to put on a new roof didn't seal any of the new shingles to the flashing, so we had major leaks come monsoon season. Come to find out the company didn't exist anymore. We were referred to another company who wanted $250 just to come out - that didn't include labor or supplies! Twain fixed it for $200 total including repairing the rain gutter that was pooling rather than draining downhill. A year later the roof started to sag really badly. It turned out the same roofing company bounced the new air conditioner off the roof so hard that 1 rafter broke completely and 2 more were badly cracked. Twain sistered the joists for us and brought the roof back to normal for about $300. This year he did a full remodel of our family room removing dated wall mounted flourecent fixtures, an old improperly mounted fan, and a popcorn ceiling. He rewired up to code, did a nice smooth ceiling, mounted 9 LED pot lihts and a modern fan with multiple switches. He also did a perfect patch job where the old fixtures had been and painted everything a nice bright white. Twain is fast, personable, honest, and affordable. I definately would reccomend his services.

I recently used Twain's and had a very good experience. I had a wall knocked out to expand my kitchen view into the dining room. He also painted the surrounding walls and made the new open floor plan look great. In the past, I've hired him to remodel my laundry room with cabinets, and he installed a new glass sliding door. He is always on time, courteous, he listens to your ideas, and charges a reasonable fee. I highly recommend Twain's for home repairs and remodeling.

I have used Twains as lcc has..He did a complete remodel of their 2. restrooms He also did a great job when he installed 3 exterior doors and repaired and painted our whole outside of church Twain is Fantastic Craftsman.
