Each associate is required to attend Haden Prep School. Haden Prep is designed to coach associates in the fundamentals of residential house cleaning, safety, customer care and leadership. The objective is to develop well-rounded and technically competent associates through socially relevant course work, options in specific house cleaning specialties, as well as the opportunity to build superior leadership skills. Service Packages Professional Home Cleaning for North Phoenix, North Scottsdale and Anthem The Haden Way combines our "Consistent Clean" and zone management with quality of delivery, commitment, and communication to create a superior cleaning experience. The Consistent Clean The Consistent Clean includes service in all five (5) zones each visit: Zone One - Kitchen Zone Two - Bathrooms Zone Three - Bedrooms Zone Four - Dining Room & Living Areas Zone Five - Utility Room / Other Each zone will be scheduled to receive a more in-depth cleaning on alternating visits. At the end of each visit a Haden Maids associate will verify that all services have been completed and a confirmation will be sent to you. This will give you the opportunity to provide feedback or request special services. For initial cleans, there is a two-step process to initiate this service. On our first two visits you will receive the Consistent Clean for all five zones PLUS detailed in-depth alternating zone cleaning. The L'ux The L'ux combines the Consistent Clean with the in-depth zones all in one day. Getting ready for a party or in need of a spring clean then this is the experience for you! This detailed clean will require more time, but is well worth it. The Grand L'ux The Grand L'ux puts you in charge! Customize your experience and get what you want, how you want it, when you want it. This is a great way to complete those special projects, prepare for an event, or simply add more to your re-occurring service. Please note there is a two hour minimum. The Move In/Out The Move In/Out is designed for landlords, property management, real estate agents, concierge services and vacation rentals. This is a one-time clean.
