George Brazil Air Conditioning & Heating

Michelle from George Brazil called to schedule a FREE maintenance check on our AC unit since it was going to be out of warranty in the next two months. The appointment was scheduled and Mike Fetters came to do the check. He replaced a Cap that was not working properly and took a video of the unit, he came back in the house to show us the video and that it could be cleaned out for $725.00 which seems like an outrageous amount to clean the unit out, when I saw the price I said no I could not afford that, which at that point he stared yelling at me and I told him you do not have to yell at me and he said I'm not yelling. My husband was witness to this and he said yes he was yelling at me. Also I had to do all the talking and dealing with this guy because my husband had a stroke a year ago and it has left him with aphasia and he can't get his words out. this seemed to make this guy Mike mad because he kept looking at him for response and I did not tell him about my husbands condition. We have used George Brazil in the past and I was extremely disappointed in this person and his behavior. He also offered a 4 year contract with 2 inspections a year for $699.00 and the cleanout would be free, but at this time I was so upset with this guy I just wanted him out of my house. Not sure I will do business with George Brazil again as I would never want to have this guy do maintenance for us.

Had a new AC unit installed 18 months ago. Now is not cooling and they want to charge me to service it. Very poor customer service. They are right in place when it is time to pay but can only be found for a fee afterwards.

Rodrigo and his team did the job faster than expected. They also didn't add any additional fees of any kind and finished the job as expected. I recommend him and George Brazil for getting the job done and not costing me an arm and a leg.
