I moved into a property managed by Opulent Real Estate Group and was extremely disappointed with the condition of the home and the lack of professionalism from management. Upon move-in, the home had a strong urine odor, buckled carpets, excessive dog hair on baseboards and closets, and sticky residue on the floors and walls. These issues were documented on the official move-in checklist and reported immediately, but management failed to provide any meaningful remediation. The carpet had only been surface-cleaned weeks prior, which did nothing to address deep odor and sanitation problems. In addition, access devices promised in the lease (garage remote and mailbox keys) were not provided. Despite repeated follow-ups, we had to purchase and program our own garage remote just to access a basic feature of the home. As a tenant with a young child, it was shocking to see the property delivered in such an unsanitary state. When concerns were raised, management minimized or denied the issues rather than taking responsibility. I cannot recommend Opulent Real Estate Group to anyone seeking a clean, habitable, and professionally managed rental home. Renters deserve honesty, transparency, and safe living conditions — unfortunately, this company failed to provide that

LAZY, LIARS,CHEAP,UNSCRUPULOUS,MANIPULATIVE,UNPROFESSONALWOKEMELLIANLSRUNT

***DO NOT RENT FROM OPULENT*** They are complete slumbers and the units may look cosmetically decent, but the units have MAJOR plumbing & AC issues that Opulent refuses to approve repairs for. Our garage has drawings of penises all over the walls that they refused to cover up and my child is now forced to see every day. 2249 W. Morten Ave unit 4 is for rent because the AC is broken & Opulent refused to replace it despite calling THREE different AC companies out who all told them the AC needs to be replaced, so the tenants moved out. Our shower doesn't shut off & has been running for 8 months now, yet Opulent refuses to repair it. We can't use our dishwasher because raw sewage is some how getting into it despite us never using it, yet another issue Opulent refuses to repair. They don't provide the correct amount of trash & recycling bins, so tenants are forced to leave their trash on the ground outside. Parking here is a nightmare, you will never have a spot available to you because several tenants have parked their unused vehicles in the only available parking spaces. There are 6 apartments & only 5 parking spaces at the complex, do the math. If moving into the complex located at 2249 W. Morten Ave be prepared to have racist neighbors in unit 1 and in unit 5. The person they have listed as the operations manager on their website does not even work there & the company does not have her permission to be using her name & contact info- call the number listed for her on their website & she will tell you to run as far away from Opulent as you can possibly go.

If I could give less then one star I would. Opulent is a shady scam, if you lease from them they won’t fix anything...and kiss your deposit good by because there has been complaints about not refunding deposits that date all the way back to 2015. Jessica Flores and Danielle Starr are a joke, NO license they work under someone else’s license. They/Opulent are just shady SCAM artist! I filed a law suit against the “owner” so if you think they will handle things..,think again. ONE star rating on the BBB that should tell you how BAD they are!
