We had a terrible experience with this contractor. They did some concrete work for a neighbor several houses up from ours, and when they finished, they cleaned their concrete truck or trailer with a hose in front of that home. Unfortunately, they were incredibly careless and simply washed all of the concrete from that home, causing it to drain down in front of our home and three other neighbors. We were extremely upset by this and tried to reach out to the contractor to address the situation, but they never responded to our calls. We're now considering filing a complaint and taking legal action against them. Overall, we would not recommend this contractor to anyone.

We contracted with MGM to have the siding on our home replaced. Wes (Vasily) came and promised to have his crew there the following week. He acted like they had done this type of work a thousand times. When a dumpster showed up the next day, my wife and I got so excited. What followed was a series of delays because Wes couldn't find the right product, which is funny because I found it myself in stock on the Lowe's website. When the siding was finally delivered it was the wrong material and clearly said 'for indoor use only'. I guess we weren't supposed to notice. When Wes finally showed up with a crew, he again had the wrong product. At that point, we kicked them off the property - after they had already started ripping off the existing siding. When we called to terminate the agreement, John (Ioan) stepped in to smooth things over and that didn't go any better. Per the contract we signed, MGM is supposed to return 50% of the deposit. To date, no communication or payment has been received. Stay as far away from MGM Unlimited as possible (aka The Creta Group) unless you want to have the worst experience of your life.

If I could give them a negative rating, I would. Wes was quick to take my money but I had to hound them for a week to get the work done. Then the flooring buckled the next day where they cut it. I called Wes to arrange to have it fixed but he told me he is going to charge me $190 to fix THEIR MISTAKE!!!! Then Wes said that it was "common sense" not to walk on thefloor for 24 hours, which was never expressed to us. It would have been nice to know this. Wes REFUSED to repair the botched job his company did. I will be seeking legal representation. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!

I needed repair work on a bedroom from a roof leak. I was able to secure MGM within a day for the work needed. I found all the workers, drywall, painters, and carpet installers, to be very good, and pleasant to work with. MGM addressed my needs in scheduling, arrived on time, worked hard, and responded almost immediately to any questions or issues I had. The finished product was excellent.
