This company is horrible! I had my upstairs deck repaired due to leaking. First, I had to keep on them to come out and complete their work. Once completed, and after a hard rain storm the deck is leaking again. This work was completed in Jan 2020 with a nine year warranty. It’s 2021! I’ve called them for over two months and kept getting the run around. A few weeks ago someone finally came out and committed to fixing the problem. They were to show up the following weekend and never showed. I tried calling and spoke with two females who promised to have the manager, John call me. To date no call. I’ve left multiple messages and still no call back. If I we’re you, I’d stay far away from them!

Do not make the mistake we did. We hired Wes and Arch Angel Construction the week of Thanksgiving, 2019. There were various projects, including painting, handyman work, and shelves. He said he could get it done in a week or two. It is now March 28 and the job is still not complete. The shelving work was to be done in our main living area on the TV wall, so we have now been without this for 4 Months. Wes fast-talked when he was there about how good they are, and how fast they are. He was clearly hustling for business, which did give me pause, but it seemed like a simple-enough set of jobs. He promised the shelves could be distressed to look like the picture he showed us. After several months of hounding him regularly, his crew finally showed up with what was an awful product, looking nothing like the picture we showed him. So then he went absent without leave again (AWOL), finally sent a picture once, which I approved, and is now AWOL again. He will not respond to texts or phone calls. This is a terribly-run business with poor customer service. They take your money and run. Learn from our mistake.
