We began this large bathroom remodel by removing all of the interior fixtures and finishes and making framing adjustments for the new shower. A custom tiled walk-in shower with Cambria threshold and 3/8” thick glass panel was integrated with the new soaking tub and Cambria tub deck. Large format 12"x24" porcelain tile was installed on the floor, shower walls, and tub surround with a linear glass mosaic deco strip. New oil-rubbed bronze Moen fixtures were installed including a hand-shower with slide bar, rain-shower, and tub filler. A new KraftMaid painted maple vanity and framed mirror was installed with Cambria Buckingham quartz countertop along with a Moen oil-rubbed bronze faucet. Lastly, new exhaust fans, recessed lights, and coordinating oil-rubbed bronze bath accessories were installed.

For this kitchen remodel we began by removing the existing cabinets, countertops, soffits, and flooring. A large part of this remodel was closing off an exterior door to change the kitchen layout from a "U" shape to an "L". After removing the exterior door we framed and insulated the opening and installed brick (after carefully finding brick to match the home). With the soffits removed we installed LED recessed can lighting while also running wire for new LED under-cabinet lighting and relocating/updating outlets and switches. Once complete we installed/repaired the drywall. New stained maple KraftMaid cabinets with extended height upper cabinets to the ceiling were installed with new Cambria quartz countertops, stainless steel under-mount sink, Moen kitchen faucet, and re-installed the garbage disposal. Luxury vinyl tile flooring was installed over new underlayment. To complete this transformation we installed a rectangular ceramic tile backsplash and installed the appliances.

With just over 40 square feet this bathroom remodel was short on space but large with style! After removing the finishes and fixtures down to the studs we set to work installing the following: New Sterling high-gloss biscuit shower with Basco Infinity frameless shower door in clear beveled glass and oil-rubbed bronze frame, Moen oil-rubbed bronze shower faucet w/hand-shower and grab bars, and recessed overhead can lights on a dimmer switch. After installing/repairing the drywall we installed a KraftMaid painted maple vanity with Cambria countertops, Moen lav faucet, and a vanity mirror framed with wood molding. After installing the provided wood flooring we wrapped up the project by installing an American Standard "right height" toilet, exhaust fan, heat lamp, overhead light fixture, bead-board wainscot, and matching Moen bath accessories.

For this extensive kitchen remodel we began by removing the existing cabinets, countertops, soffits, and tile flooring. After tearout we installed recessed can lighting, ran leads for new LED under-cabinet lights, updated and added duplex/GFCI outlets, and then patched/repaired the drywall. Custom painted maple cabinets were installed including plywood construction with maple dovetailed drawers, full extension soft close drawer guides, and soft-closing concealed door hinges. The custom radiator cover/hutch area was also included. After the cabinet installation, new carrera quartz countertops were installed with undermount stainless steel sink and Moen kitchen faucet. To complete the countertops a random brick linear glass mosaic backsplash was installed. To complete this remodel we installed new large format ceramic tile flooring over new subflooring, installing the homeowner's appliances, and new baseboard and casing.

We began this large bathroom remodel by removing the existing tub, tub deck, shower, toilet, vanity, window, and flooring. A new, smaller glass block window was installed in the original opening and patched the exterior with the homeowners remaining siding. The large accessible shower is the highlight of this room with a barrier free entry - zero threshold. After removing the sub-floor we installed a structural shower base and framed a return wall and shower bench. Large format 10"x20" ceramic tile was installed on the shower walls with 2"x2" mosaic floor/deco strip. New brushed nickel Moen shower fixtures were installed including a hand-shower with slide bar and a ceiling mounted rainshower. A 3/8" glass panel was installed with overhead recessed can lighting and grab bars. A new Espresso stained maple vanity was installed with Corian countertop and integral sink along with a Moen brushed nickel faucet. A mirror was installed with matching trim molding. A new American Standard "right height" toilet was placed in an alcove with Espresso stained open shelving and recessed can lighting. Lastly, large format 12" x 24" ceramic tile flooring was installed over new sub-flooring and coordinating brushed nickel bath accessories.
