I wish I could give zero stars. These people missed so many issues with my home, including a lack of insulation in the attic, leaky pipes, a mouse problem, a broken AND leaking air conditioning unit that was dripping down onto the electrical panel of the furnace, and wiring problems that caused an electrician to say, “I have no idea how your house hasn’t burned down”. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

We were buying our home from out of town and our mistake was trusting anyone in this town. Our realtor, Maria Sieck, referred this company. Stating they were one of the best in town. That's not what I'm hearing, now that I'm getting to know the locals. The inspector, Daniel Blecha, missed water damage to the floor at the back sliding glass door. He came back out and said his missed that and they would only pay half the cost of repairs. Stating the previous owner would have to make up the rest (which they are not and now we have to go to court). He missed the obvious under sized 3.5 ton HVAC unit. Which is only rated for a home up to 2000 square feet, not for a 4400 square foot home. He missed severe damage to windows (7) that we have to get replaced now. I'm talking 1/4 inch gaps around them and parts not fully connected. Every contractor I've had in my house has asked me if I had a home inspection when I bought the house. I said yes and they all reply the same "you got ripped off." This company has cost me thousands of dollars because my insurance won't pay because it is prior existing damage to the home. Stay away Caldwell Banker realtors and from this company. It will cost you!
