Hi! I'm Kevin Albrecht and I have been repairing homes in the St. Louis Metro area for 30 years. In the mid 1980's, I worked for a company that rehabbed vacant homes and foreclosures. I began as a helper and learned my skills on the job. After leaving the rehab company I worked for two different handyman businesses and have now started my own company. As a former NACHI Certified Home Inspector, I have worked with many sellers and buyers whose homes did not pass initial inspection. I can take care of a variety of repairs and installations.
