Horrible experience. Our dishwasher wasn't cleaning dishes properly. We called Abbott to repair it. The technician determined that it needed a new part. The part took over a week to come in. When he came back to replace the part, he screweded the side of the dishwasher into a drawer. The drawer was literally "screwed shut." He came back and loosened the screw so that the drawer opened, but then the dishwasher was wobbly. The first time we used the dishwasher after his "repair," we had a huge puddle of water on the floor. When he came back a third time, he told us that there is nothing wrong with the dishwasher and we should put a towel under it when we use it!!!!!! He also raised his voice, was accusatory, defensive and had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Do not use Abbott Appliance!
