Ken smith is an honest man he does his work very well. He's honest and reliable. Little girl if u pay wat he has dun u would get service but u haven't paid so before u get on here running ur mouth tell the truth. Every1 I have talked to about ken smith they say he's honest reliable on time and does a very good job and he backs his work up. So every1 that knows ken smith doesn't have a problem except u. Ken Smith installed my heat pump in late 2010 or early 2011. Right before Christmas of 2015 it stopped working properly and my child and I were left freezing in the house. Mr. Smith came by twice and wasn't able to fix the problem. I called to Let him know that it still wasn't working and he told me he would come by the next day. He never showed and completely ignored my calls for help. He essentially left us hanging. Mr. Smith, how do you sleep at night knowing there's a child freezing in his home because you didn't keep your word? You've always been paid by us. So that wasn't the issue. The issue seemed to be that you had a better paying job you were working on. So why wouldn't you just tell us you are too busy? My son's grandmother has given you a lot of business over the years but that won't happen anymore. You should be an honest man (you're not). Not dependable at all. I know someone else who is having trouble with her heat pump that you just recently installed she said she's called you and you won't respond. So, seems the little man doesn't matter to you. Bad form Mr. Smith. Remember when you were the little man? The most important thing for a business man is his reputation and yours is dwindling because of your lack of caring about other people and You are not a man of your word. Just so you know we have some one coming in today to replace the heat pump. So it was nothing I was doing wrong. These people are reliable, dependable and have been very respectful. Unlike you were.
