I have hired this one man show Giancola Construction 3 times now. The guys name is Frank. First I hired him to build a huge shed for me. 12 x 20 amazing for one guy! It looks great! I then hired him to lay decking in my attic for storage and to replace the attic latter. No problems there. I also hired him to repair some cosmetic mistakes done by a previous contractor. So far, he has taken care of everything I've needed. He is professional, clean, courteous, and makes no excuses. I plan to hire him for all of my home repair projects.
