My name is Miki Edelstein from Israel. I investing in two plots in Port Charlotte - Furman Street (1271+ 1279) My intend to get to Port Charlotte on November 15th for a few days, to know and to understand if and how to build. I be appreciating if you can meet with me so I can understanding the processes to promote construction and A number of issues related to the construction the plots same as: 1. What are the conditions and requirements for starting construction? 2. Is there infrastructure in the area like electricity, sewerage, communications? and if I need to invest in them too. 3. Understanding the planning procedures in Port Charlotte, schedules, and costs (building tax, planning, construction etc'). 4. I'm not going to live permanently in Port Charlotte so, should I contracting with various contractors for the construction (and I understand the problem) or with a main contractor who handles the entire process? 5. Is it worthwhile and important to meet with officials in the building or engineering committee of the municipality ? 6. Any other advice would be appreciated.
