Dirt Cheap Appliance Repair

Constant miscommunication from top to bottom. Had an appointment scheduled between 8am-12pm, which was confirmed by the scheduler but then received a call 30 minutes later by the tech stating he would be able to service the machine after 12pm. The reason I was given was, "it is just not possible to make it before noon." It's Dirt Cheap Appliance's world and we're just living in it. No respect for what the customer has on their agenda for the day. Not to mention, after dumping all the water from our washing machine onto the bathroom floor, the technician proceeded to walk around the living room leaving water marks all over the floor.
