I hired this company to install an exterior basement door, which they did. They did not, however, bring enough materials to finish the job. I finished caulking and resetting the lock so my door would close all of the way. I asked them if they could install a front storm door, and they said yes. After 3 days of working on it, I came home to find the door installed. Upside down and inside out. It took 2 more visits to get it flipped around the right way, then they didn't bother coming to complete the project-despite several phone calls. I had to hire another company to finish the job. Shame on me for paying them before they completed what they promised, but I'll never recommend this 'company' to anyone.
