He worked for us on a project a few years ago, and was a nightmare. He had no insurance, paid his workers in cash while standing in our driveway, and was horrible, horrible, horrible. We fired him for breech of contract, he sued us, and he lost. But he filed a fake lien on our house, which he refuses to remove, and we are going to have to sue to get our title clean. Worst contractor I've ever done business with, bar none.
