I have used them for a few project and up until now, I had not complaints. I had an appointment scheduled for today with the tech to arrive between 9:30 and 10;30. He did not show up, so I called and was told that they had and “emergency” (cover word for everything) but they did not bother to call me. I had had prepared for this visit and thought I was a good customer, but was not treated like one today

Quickly set up appointment by receptionist, told me name of person coming to house and time. Electrian called before time and was not even 1 minute late. Person was vey nice, lots of experience and explained all work being done. Will use them again AND will referral friends to Bolt!!

Mark arrived ON TIME and got to work immediately on moving 3 electrical outlets for my ongoing renovation of an investment property. He did a excellent job, explained everything in detail and finished the work very quickly. The cost was very affordable for such professional work! I can highly recommend Bolt Electric and will be a repeat customer in the future!
