Terrible treatment of the home buyer. We had 40+pages of deficits and immed repairs needed. Heck-! They even dry walled the propane on/off valve in. Had to break thru the dry wall and put an ugly plate to cover the hole. I got pictures of a completed roof that sagged in the middle! Yes, a finished home given to us with a sagging roof. Another deficit to we had to get fixed!!! Some days we would wake up the strangers nailing or removing aspects to repair all the deficits- we had no idea they had been scheduled. None of the spoke English- my wife is Hispanic and knows mom Spanish. I asked if someone could help us with communication. Rendon granddaughter/front office accused me of being racists !!!! What if these men needed to come in, have electricity shut off or needed help from an injury?!?! If they really cared about these men- they would provide healthcare, put on taxes to help ensure their future social security, pay them better and if really wanted to help folks looking for work in the USA- hire an American white/black/Hispanic. Too many cheaply made crap we have had to replace or repair. We made one of the BIGGEST MISTAKES picking Rendon. We are paying for it!!!! I would NEVER have used this company if I knew the quality of their work, if I knew they would use the racist card against their own customer. Arrogance and poor customer care is what we experienced.

Cindy who handles the sales has horrible customer service. I called with a potential client for Rendon and asked a couple questions. She was very rude and also laughed at my questions. In no way did she even try to sale me or my client. Why would you be rude to someone who is trying to bring you business? Also I called back and asked to speak to Mr. Rendon and was told he would call me as soon as he gets into the office. I have yet to receive a call from Mr. Rendon. If anyone is interested in building a home with them please know your stuff before you call. Cindy will just laugh at you and be rude if you don't know what you're talking about. Im a realtor and I will never recommend them to any of my clients ever again.
