If I could leave zero stars I would. The fact that they have the audacity to take anyone's money is laughable. It's been almost a week of living in a house over 100 degrees and there is no end in sight. They are covered by our insurance so we have regrettably already paid them. Do not make the mistake of involving yourself with these clowns. Absolutely terrible in every way.

Excellent service by knowledable technicians! I will continue to use Element for all my servicing needs. They have gone above and beyond to help with our A/C issues and always do so in the most cost effective way for their customers.

I not only had a hard problem communicating with the individual that I was told to contact, by the name of Jesse. But, never communicated with him because he never returns calls or text messages. He must be a new young technician because he has no sense of customer service. To return a business call or text is business 101, and he failed miserably! I made countless efforts to contact him and he never returned my calls or texts! If I could rate this a zero I would, that is the only deserving score!

These guys installed our A.C. three months ago and now w the 100+ days it's not cooling. I have been calling daily 4 to 5 times each day and can't get a simple phone call back. THEY MUST BE OUT OF BUSINESS..SO Don't waste your money on these loosers..I called another local Ac company today And they got there in 30 minutes found out element had installed the interior air handler on a low setting...w a switch of a knob we now have a cooler house..it cost me 75.00 which I'm going to hand deliver the bill to the ft door of element...Thanks Idiots !! If you're even in business...
