Zendo Renovations

Zendo was the 12th contractor I had interviewed and they were incredibly knowledgeable and honest. They are extremely responsive to email and text and ensure that your job it their top priority. Greg McDevitt goes out of his way to ensure that his team is of the highest quality and safe to have in your home when you aren't there or around your little ones. Their work was absolutely perfect, including all those tiny details that nobody will ever know about but you will. The work plus all the materials that I personally picked out totaled $8000 but that includes a new sink, over the range vent hood, undercount lighting, pot filler (faucet above the stove), door/drawer hardware, type of granite I chose, and the type of backsplash and paint that I chose. I loved their quality of work so much that I hired them to remodel both of my bathrooms because I know they will do amazing and honest work. You can shop around all you want but if a contractor is giving you a super low price, there is a reason and trust me, they'll make a profit but your materials won't stand up to the test of time. If you take the time to research quality materials and workmanship, you will quickly understand that Zendo doesn't take shortcuts or try to cheat you on anything. They are the best I have interviewed or worked with and will be my go-to home remodeling/work team for life.

I love the job that Zendo Renovations did at my home. I recently purchased a new home. Greg/Zendo were highly recommend. From initial consultation, I was able to see why. Greg is extremely professional with a great personality that puts a homeowner at ease. Zendo replaced the tile in two bathrooms and replaced carpet with wood flooring in both bedrooms. I was very pleased with 3 rooms immediately and not so much with the master bath. I called Greg with my concerns. He responded immediately and was back onsite the next day. The issue was faulty thin set so it was no fault of Zendo Renovations. They replaced almost half of the floor and made it right and I'm extremely happy with all four rooms completed. I highly recommend Zendo Renovations.
