Central Security Group San Antonio

Central Security Group so far has been outstanding! Everyone has been so nice to my family and I. Our system has a lot of interactive features. My favorite thus far is the smart thermostat. I was able to create a schedule to save money on my energy bill. The thermostat will eventually pay itself off after 7 months with the money I'm saving. Technology has come along way. I strongly recommend Central Security Group!

I'm writing this because we decided to not go with getting cameras/renewing our contract with Central Security Group becuase of our SELL person name Manny Ramirez because when we were taliking about getting outdoors cameras he call us and ask if he could come by and we said yes. When the tech was at our home trying to reach Manny he wouldn' return our call nor asnwer his phone and that' around 8:AM so we call Kalley to get help which is not her department but she was a big help trying to do Manny job which he told us that we would be their every step on the way until everything is install and working but every time we call him NO answer or return our call nor text message all he wanted is the commission money not taking care of the custom making sure we are happy so since he doing like this we don't want to be part of the Central Security Group any more so when our contract ends we will be finsih y'all. We even ask for Manny boss but he didn't call. You thing they would try to make sure their customs is satisfy not treat them like this way. Manny shouldn't be a sale person because he lies to his custom and he say he a christian but I know God wouldn't treat us like he do. Sham, Sham on him. Hubbard Family
