Rob Tackett's O.C. Air & Heat

We were having our house remodeled and our furnice had gone out previously so we decided to have the whole HVAC redone. Rob came out examed the system and gave us a fair estimate. He worked well with our contractor and was patient especially with changing timelines and other subcontractors vying to be in the same space at the same time. He was flexible with changes we had and great at problem solving any issues. He came back promptly to finish any work that needed to wait until other construction had been completed. He and his employees we're clean and efficient. Our HVAC works well and Rob even offered to give us a tutorial on how to use our new system. Overall, he was calm, friendly, professional and a pleasure to work with. We wouldn't hesitate to call him for any future needs or to refer him to friends and family.
