I am licensed in the state of Texas and New Mexico, BBB accredited, InterNACHI certified and maintain standards above the required levels for continuing education. After the inspection, I remain available for any questions or follow up that may be required. My property inspection reports are clear and concise, with digital photos, graphics, descriptions, informative narratives and a report summary for quick reference and to aid in preparing a repair list for the sellers. Reports are always delivered generally within a few hours of the inspection. Reports are emailed (available for download ) to my client and realtor (if requested by client) in PDF format for easy delivery, printing and storage. To acquaint and familiarize yourself with my reporting format; I provide a sample report with every quote upon request. And for your peace of mind, I offer the Porch 90 Day Inspection Guarantee which begins on the day of your inspection. I encourage you to be present at the inspection to allow me the opportunity to fully explain my findings and to familiarize you with the property.
