Horrible company forgot I paid ahead one time an almost charge me for my rent twice then when I called them out on it I was called a liar an had to get receipts an prove it because there (worker forgot to file my payment as they said ) afterwards no real apology or reduced rent for there mistake nothing another period of time they spent two months working on the basement wall leaving the wall open an the basement living room completely unusable for a two month period but still charging me full rent as if I could still have access an use the whole house when not the case When there maintence guy “fixed” my toilet he broke it an then they got mad at us when there water bill was higher because they don’t know how to repair things When we moved in we were told that when we move out we have to pay 100$ to have it shampooed by a professional even though when we moved in we had to hire somone to clean the carpet because they lied an didn’t make the last tenant clean carpet because it stunk of cat piss everywhere these are just a small list so think twice before working with this company If I could leave negative stars I would
