Called 5 times for service on a pool they installed. Explain to the wife and daughter the problem and it wasn't a $100 job. Each time we were told "HE" would be out within a few days. We receive only 1 call after 3 of ours, stating they were very busy, but "rest assured" "HE" would be there this weekend. This was in the beginning of July. We have never seen or heard from Bert's Pools again. Horrible service!
